New holiday home with a large terrace, beautiful sea views and heatable pool in a residential area on 2,000 m2. With 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a dream vacation for up to 4 people. Flexible arrival day. The newly (3/2021) built "Villa Maherida" is located in a sunny location, 200 m from the sea and 500 m from a beautiful, small bay on a 2,000 m2 property. There are different wonderful terraces with sea views, the pool can be heated (Oct., Apr.,May)- (+/- 24 degrees) for free, olive trees, a nice garden and a shady pergola invite you to relax.

Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ per day if you want to heat the pool from 24 degrees to 28 degrees for the heating of the pool and it requires one-week advance notice.

The house is build on one level. One bedroom at the front side with view to the sea and the other bedroom is at the backside. From the BBQ area (lounge) you have a great panoramic view of the sea and the white mountains (Lefka Ori). Further there is the large living and kitchen area. The washing machine is in the kitchen.

In the outdoor area there are of course a shower, garden furniture, loungers, a grill, etc.  The house also has underfloor heating in the main bedroom and bathroom and there is a pellet heater in the living room for the cooler months.

All rooms are air-conditioned and free WiFi is available.
